Self-Sustaining Projects:
While you’re living in the community as a resident parent, you’ll contribute to self-sustaining projects, such as looking after other children whose parents are busy with careers.
The revenue generated from these projects goes directly into the Parent-Run Trust, which oversees the medical and living expenses of children whose parents are no longer alive.
Pooling Resources:
Every parent in the community contributes in some way—whether through fees, time, or skills. This collective effort ensures that no child is ever left without support.
Parents can also assign other assets (e.g., property, investments) to the Trust, which can be liquidated or invested to grow the fund further.
Resident Parent Oversight:
The Trust is run by resident parents, ensuring transparency and accountability.
All decisions about investments, expenses, and fund management are made collectively by the parent community, so everyone has a voice in how the funds are used.
Lifelong Care for Your Child:
When you’re no longer able to care for your child, the Trust steps in to cover all their expenses—medical care, housing, therapy, and more.
